Johnson and Johnson's Softwash Body Wash. I use the "extra care" formula, it has a bit of baby oil right in it. My skin is soft enough now that I rarely need lotion.

I use either apple from bath and body works, or skin so soft (original) from avon... it leaves your skin very very very very soft.
