Yes, but there is no such thing as a "potential child." Either the child exists, or he does not. Take a look at:

a mix of a million & 3. i'm no longer able to %. only one among your alternatives. ultimately, this is the womans physique, and the alternative comes right down to her, no count the effect eg dating breakdown because of this. yet in asserting this, i even have self belief the father of the toddler might desire to have a say, voice their opinion, concerns, techniques etc, yet it somewhat isn't the in basic terms top say. the female might desire to take all this under consideration previously making her very final decision. this is the female who frequently cares for the youngsters (no offence as there are a number of great stay at abode dads, dedicated dads) and is the relatives help/suggestion/nurse etc. If a guy has a say, the female is compelled to maintain the toddler, then what happens if he walks out and needs no longer something to do along with his newborn? the mummy is left as a single mum suffering to grant for her newborn and being the be all and end all of a youthful based newborn. So, a mix of a million&3 - a relaxed, person communicate over the being pregnant and abortion, the female making the in basic terms top decision over her physique bearing in mind what the guy has reported and maximum in all probability explaining her decision and why.

Depents on the situation. Age of the mother for example or your age. If you're a minor or the mother is than neither can support the child. Another situation would be if you dumped her when you found out she's pregnant. Then you should not complain a few month later when you hear about either. It's easy for a guy to say I don't believe in it, but also not willing to support the mother of child. A totally different situation would be your boyfriend-girlfriend and you have to go to Iran, then after you come back you find out your have a kid out there raised by "strange" people. Then I would think you should have a right to know.

Yes. Here in the United States they have to sign papers giving up their rights for a child to be adopted out. I don't know about the abortion part of your question.

The man has a right to the abortion or adoption of his potential child because it is one of the rights given him under the Civil Code or Law. The consent of the man must be required in the said procedures.

It takes two to make a baby, the father should have a say in the matter. I know that some women feel that it is their body and it is their right, however the man should have the right tot ake custody of the child if the mother wants to give the baby up for adoption.

Yes, if he is required by law to pay child support then he should be able to prevent adoption of his child. He should also be required to know about an abortion. The only problem with the abortion issue is they have no way to prove your the father unless you admit it. If she is married and gets pregnant by whomever, the husband should be able to stop an abortion whether its his biological child or not since by law he could be required to pay for the child. The only way to do the abortion thing would be to require a license before having sex if your not married. Thats why we shouldnt be allowed to have sex before marriage.Otherwise you should go to a licensed prostitute in nevada.

Legally a man does not have to be notified if you have an abortion. But in order to give a child up for adoption both biological parents must consent to it, unless one is deceased. Morally though, I think he has a right to know. I mean, I can understand if your unable to raise a child, but if he's able to and wants to, don't you think you should give him that option?

Yes.
It takes two to tango, right? It's his child as much as it is hers. He has every right to know. If paternity can be proven, then he is in the equation, too.
You can't have it both ways - if the guy is expected to pay child support on children that women keep, then they have to be able to voice a thought or two on the ones they don't.
