Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I have been 'trimming' my own hair for years. I have worn it long since I was a teenager ( it hangs below the middle of my back). I always keep it trimmed up around my face, slightly layering the sides and trimming the ends. When I was young, my father used to shave our heads military style and we hated it. Since then i have seen hair fads come and go and got tired of watching everyone trying to look the same.I figure if you got it ,grow it. If you don't, don't.

Sometimes, But the reason most guys don't shave down there is because they think it's an unmanly thing. But if it's really hairy or it's uncomfortable, then you can always trim it. It depends on what your g friend prefers too. GOOD LUCK! p.s.: Be careful shaving. :)
