follow these directions very carefully.

1) make phone call to MPAA and announce your intentions. also, give them your address, phone number and social security number.

2) march into the FBI office and fill out a "visitor's form", bring in your latest collection of pirated movies and show the guy behind the counter.

Allthough websites are usualy faster their content isent that safe or free. A Peer to Peer network like limewire or e-mule are a bit slower but over all much more efective.
