but even I'm busy for the whole day in my work,I still think my boyfriend sending him a text. I tried to stop this crazy doings coz I ,I know spend a lot of money,but still i do it ,please Advise me how to stop this.

You and your boyfriend might focus on your jobs during office hours.
Then when you are not working it is time to contact each other by phone or email or text or whatever!
If this gets too exciting, Try writing a letter and sending it snail mail.
Your boyfriend will write a letter back to you and send it!
Then wait for the mailman.
The anticipation will be a turn on!
You can tell all your friends ar work!

Either turn your phone off or leave it at home so you won't be tempted to send any more text messaging.
Plus I presume, you'll meet up with your guy after work anyway so why the impatience?
It could probably be a way of gettin' off some steam as you mentioned you're held up by your work.
But that's easily accomplished by delegating your tasks & managing your time better. You could also step outside once awhile to breathe, lol.

Man! What kind of an image does your company have with a secretary that writes like you do? I hope you don't do the company correspondence.
The best way to stop is to marry him and stay home and give someone who can do the job a chance to do it right.

First of all, do you really want to stop sending the text to him? If you really want to, what is holding you from stopping?
I sense that you are not confident of your relationship. Ask yourself why you need to keep sending him these messages. What do you foresee can happen if you reduce the messages? Do you know how he feels when he receives these messages? When you the true answers to these questions, you will know what to do.

I know what I say may not be a bit of help to you, but you just have to decide you're going to stop doing whatever it is you don't want to be doing, and tell yourself to knock it off. Then knock it off.
