I just got back from seeing the World Trade Center movie. They showed spontaneous fires erupting and flying around inside the rubble and then quickly dieing out.
Does anyone know why this would happen?
Also, after the initial impact of the buildings falling, the wreckage keeps falling and falling in waves. What would this be due to?

It's so hard to say....I think even the experts are running on guesswork at this point. A lot of conspiracy theorists out there say we did it to create more power for the government (for the President), an "absolute power", so to speak. I think it was a bunch of lunatics from the middle east, but I also think our government HAS taken absolute power over those they "rule". (And once we the people ran the country.....the good old days.)

maybe burning debris caused them, and once the debris fizzled, the fires fizzled.
