Once in a while it is ok to do that but everytime is not good. You probably have a bad process running using 100% you will have to do the ctr+ alt +delete thing

Ctrl + Alt + Del provides the alternative of searching at a job menu, so in case you had an excellent type of classes operating even as your pc iced up, then you truthfully can delete those unnecessary classes and it may unfreeze. If its a be conscious document, then take out the battery (in case you could) then placed it back in then turn it on and AutoRecover could do its stuff. If I were you i'd really not watch for the batteries to die, yet in case you could not do something else, would as well attempt it. good success

it is probably happening because you are holding in the button and shutting it off so much ..Stop doing that
that's not why that's there...
try cleaning out your system and doing a defrag on it and see how it runs after that

What kind of computer do you have?
Why you don't call to the company where you bought it from and ask them for change? If it's old just change it you can't do anything if it's freezing.
