Absolutely. I didn't start gaining weight until I was 4 or 5 months. I gained a total of 16 pounds and had a healthy 7 lb 7 oz baby boy. I was worried about it, too.
My doctor told me there was no reason to worry as long as the baby is growing well and as long as I was eating well. According to her, it was a very healthy weight gain.
I wasn't aiming for this, but the fringe benefit was that I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and mostly back to my pre-pregnancy figure within a few weeks with almost now work at all.

YES! i was 88lbs when i got pregnant and didn't gain but 10lbs until i hit 7 months then the weight came pouring on. i was 132lbs right before i gave birth then went down to 116lbs at my six week check up. Congrats on the new little one, its a doosie. LOL

You dont gain baby weight til atleast the 4th month thats when you start to show..if its anytime befor then...only a test will prove that and the whole missed period sore boobies thing and the peeing ..all little signs to look for ..
