it does for some and others its the worst thing. my husband had one and at first it was great, then when i got pregnant it was painful and he removed it. -we chose a different form of penile modification-subincision- it's all depending on the person so there is no real answer

As a person that has had one of these, I would have to say no. I got drunk when I was 21 and we thought this was going to be the coolest thing to do. Nope. Didnt improve sex at all, just hurt quite a bit. I do enjoy watching people cringe though, when they heard that I had one of these. And for those of you that dont know what a prince albert is, (no it's not tuna in a can) It's a piercing through the base of the head of your dick.

I can tell you that I liked it but could not give head to the guy who had it as it kept hitting my gag reflex. Also he had no trouble fitting a condom over it.
Also he had to pee sitting down as the urine would follow the jewelry (not because it came out the other hole) Now I know that doesn't happen to everyone who gets one but it can.
As for it improving sex for you I couldn't say, it's very individual and I'm not male so no personal experience there either.
The fact is it's different for everyone.

It sure does. Especially if you get the piercing and it gets infected and penis swells up, then that apart of your body sensitivity really goes thru the roof.

Go for it....and get HIV or STD. as if you want to pierce you surely will not use a condom.

Where is your mind... anyway... ?
