My hubby and I are young but we have 2 sons. When we first got together (2 years ago) we would go to bars and he would sing karaoke. He has a gorgeous voice and is soooo sexy when he's singing. We have tried to go out singing recently (we moved and it was hard to find a place for the past few months) but the last time we went out a bouncer was hitting on me really hard and then my hubby ended up getting beat up pretty badly. So, even though it's the only thing we have really ever done on his day off for fun we can't really consider going singing any more.
What should we do now? I want to be able to show off his talents but don't need any situation where he could go to jail. That was more than we had bargained for.
As I said we need time alone (no kids) and out seems like the most fun. Any ideas?

I am sure there are other places - besides the bars - where karaoke is done. I know that there are a few of the bowling alleys that run those nights. Typically they don't have bouncers. . .
I think that the two of you could go out to the bars without issue. If someone begins hitting on you, ask them if they really think that you look great. If they say you do, thank them, and then tell them that you were worried about having the surgery at first, but you could no longer live in your male body and had to be in a female body. Tell them the final surgery to remove your penis happens next month, and you can't wait. Bet they leave you alone.

You could have a romantic candle light dinner, then call for massages, or you could put rose petals all over the bed before dinner so he doesnt know, then have a night just talking in bed, or you could have sex.
Tonight, just take a break from singing.

He could start singing in church or in friend's/family birthday parties. If you belong to any social group he could sing over there.
As you said he is an excellent singer he should try to sing on the radio.

he just needs to chill out and realize that just because guys are hitting on you doesn't mean anything. You are still going home with him at the end of the night, and it is very clear that you love him a lot.

you could rent videoke's (VCD or DVD) and sing at home. what happened shouldnt dampen your enthusiasm towards singing. That bouncer is a sick f**k
