Why do pplz make fun of blondes?

I will tell you why people make fun of blonds. It is their lack of intelligence. That's right no smart person would use the word "peoples" out of context. Not only did you use "peoples out of context you spelled it without using a vowel! "pplz" that is a disgrace to the English language. Oh yes because is spelled B-E-C-A-U-S-E not b/c. I am not familiar with the word "fav" are you trying to spell "favorite" if you were you forgot the O-R-I-T-E. Please if you want to be considered intelligent as a blond write the language you speak correctly. That disgrace is why blonds are made fun of, a pure lack of intelligence.
Vickie P. Without reading your answer I later proofread my answer and corrected it. I made no mistakes on purpose. She did. I am changing my answer to be grammatically correct. She never put an extra detail under her question that pointed out she used incorrect English. I admit that I used improper grammar but I had the decency to admit I did and change the sentence.

It's because "Blondes have more fun", and "Gentlemen prefer Blondes" .....I Am Blonde, and I graduated college with a 4.0, and with Honors, AND I made the Dean's List, President's List, and the Pefect Attendance List Every Quarter (except one quarter when I decided I needed a day off) I know, I'm so sick of the stereotypes too, especially when I see brunettes, do and say really stupid stuff all the time! Don't let it bug ya, and keep doing well in school, it drives people nuts when they run across an educated blonde!
Oh, and to the spelling expert, joel_g, you also used the wrong "there" in your sentence, "It is there lack of intelligence..." the correct one is "their", spelled t- h -e- i- r. ....just saying. (Oh, that's ANOTHER abrieviation, that ppl use on computer)

It's a joke just like a polack joke and beleive me the polish have their english jokes and the english their irish jokes and so. I thinks is a caucisian thing, and mainly ameircan.
We americans laugh at each other and joke but we stick together.
The blonde joke is sort of like the redneck jokes, and as in the blonde jokes some people get carried away which is wrong.
Blondes are on the average the most beautiful women on earth and just as smart as any women on earth. They hold their looks better than most of their conterparts. one thing that bothers me is the number of women(blondes included) who use tanning beds to the extreme and ruien their skin. I have a friend who used one and now her beautiful skin looks leathery and it';s a shame as she had good clear skin, too much sunshine, too many eaches, and the tanning beds have about done her and millions like her in as far as youthful looks.,
Just as many people have made money on redneck jokes, and such many women have made money on being blonde, escpecially actors. And it's because blondes rein in looks, and smarts:):) MY entire family was blondes and blue eyes until recently. Bu the jokes are fairly new, infact started growing with the internet jokes and I think that is why they so popular now.

I believe that making fun of blondes started when people fell in love with that hair color, if they didn't have it themselves they were jealous so they made fun of it. Now I believe people make fun of blondes because it's the only way they can entertane themselves

The color of a persons hair has nothing to do with one common sense or intelligence. I have blond hair and I'm sick of these morons cracking their jokes, its pointless. I think the blonde dumb sounding surfers are the ones making us look bad!

I believe blondes get teased the most because ussualy when you see a ditsy person they tend to blonde. Blondes then take it upon themselves to "act" that way to attention. So, you end up with thousands of fake ditsy blondes.

im blonde! (but not a natural) i guess we go on the old times with slave owners and usually their blonde daughters. we call them stupid because they dont need to learn/ go to school because their rich dads would get them anything they want. and by asking this question you just pursue it on, a truly mature/grown blonde woman would know better to pass this issue on and leave it be. if it doesnt apply to you then let it go.

I don't know... I guess either they are jelous or a lot of dumb preppy girls dye(or have dyed in the past) their hair very blond and that makes natural blondes look bad too.
