Where are you located? I'll be sure to avoid the streets if and when you have your driving PRIVILEGES returned. Note the word "privilege," driving on public streets is not a RIGHT. Geez, another idiot on the road.

Do a google search. Key words "common conveyance of the day" A high court ruled with the constitution that license is unconstitutional so too is registration of vehicle due to 4th adornment Bill of Rights. I think a move is underway to right a terrible wrong within W.Virginia USA.
