i hate it. ive had it for two months and cannot wait to drop em. the signal sucks, everywhere, evertime, no exceptions.
what a ripoff.

Yea, my friend has cingular and she hates she gets no service. Switch to Verizon!

Hey Moses....I hate to hear that...I actually work for cingular wireless as a customer service representative...l will be back at work on Tuesday...if you wish too, you can call 1-800-331-0500 and ask for an email to be sent to SHEENA BLEVINS to assist you and be sure to leave your number with the representative and i will assist you and check your account for you to see what options we may have for you.
To keep ya going till tuesday try turning the phone on and while the phone is still on, remove the battery for 5 minutes and then put it back in this is called a hardshock....also be sure that you are powercycling your phone on a daily basis for approx 2-5 minutes to make sure it gets its updates....that is very important.
You should try a Nokia phone if you live in an area that has poor service, because they usually get awesome signal even in bfe....lol. It could also be a problem with the phone itself...so when you call on tuesday we will look into that...
