Go to the dealer. You should still have some of your 2 year warranty left.

All Harley's come with a two year unlimited mileage warranty (for all items that came on the original bike (and items that were installed by the Harley Dealership). Most people also have the optional 7 year unlimited mileage warranty. If the CD player came on the bike (Ultra Classic) or was installed as aftermarket by the Dealer, it should be under warranty. I would recommend taking it to the a dealer if under warranty (it does not matter if you are the original owner or not - Harley will ~ or should ~ honor the warranty). If out of warranty - I would recommend taking it to a stereo installation shop (call first and make sure they are familiar with your type of stereo)

Trade it in. The CD player is a crucial mechanical component and once that fails, you won't be able to get your bike back in the bed of your pickup properly, so you can't take it to Daytona any more.

If it's got power to it look for a very small reset button. The kind you use the tip of a pencil or pen to press. If no power hook up an alternate power source, battery or charger.
