I don't know what to do anymore, I thought, if I pretended to be ok, got help from professionals that eventually I would be ok. but I'm not. I still hate myself, I can't find interest in anything I use to love, I don't want to kill myself, but I don't want to be alive either, what can I do? How much longer can I continue to live like this before I totally lose it, am I that screwed up in the head that even professional therapy can't fix me>?

You need to just give it time. You didn't get like this overnight, you won't feel better overnight either. If you are not taking medicine, that may also be something to look into. Keep working at it, you will get better.

Professionals can only do so much at the end of the day the ball is in your court. Take control of your life and change your thought process. For every negative you come up with find a positive. Get on some medication it isnt a cure but can help those levels in your body get to a healthy state to help you tackle your issues. No one except yourself has the power to make you miserable.

stop pretending. because someone has a title and are in business don't make them a professional. therapist vary, a psychiatrist can write prescriptions, therapists can't. Support groups aren't professionals but can help more than therapy or drugs at times. what I have read in your questions, sound like your ex is obsessed. Change your statement from I don't want to be alive, to, I don't want to live like this anymore. can't find interest in what you used to like, ok, try something else. try instead of pretending, I love me, and fake it till you make it.
there is support by people who will love you until you can love yourself. and they keep on loving you after that.

Forget the therapy if it isn't working, go to your family doctor and ask for some anti depressants. You may have a chemical imbalance and he will be able to help you.

Then get out and keep busy. The best way to stop thinking about hating yourself is to find something you like to do and keep so busy you don't have time to have bad thoughts. But get some medication first.

Talking to someone is the only way you can deal with your problems. We all need help from time to time. You are not crazy, just have some issues. Open up to a minister, your parents, a friend, or a therapist again. You are depressed and a simple pill can make you feel 100% better. Don't give up, God put you here for a reason.

there has to be something that you are interested in... are you involved with someone? do you have any friends? maybe you can get together with your friends or significant other and go out and do something. try it out. life is not that bad. dont totally give up on professional help just yet. maybe try a different therapist. learn to love life all over again :-)

don't pretend. let yourself experience pain and hurt. this will allow yourself to get through the miseries of life. after which you will realize that it will make you more stronger and wiser. also, it's your choice to make it stop whatever emotions you are experiencing. you can't experience hurt and pain without your consent. let yourself emerge from the anxieties and angst. and tell yourself that you don't need professional help for you to be ok, but it's all up to your will power to heal your wounds and be in a better disposition.

The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.

Don't wait until it gets any worse. See a professional or join a support group. You need to be on medication and they need to teach you some tools to get some spark back into your life.

Dear, we all go throught this from time to time, you are not alone.......Get up in the morning and look in the mirror and say,"I am a good person and today will be a good day." After you say it everyday (even if you don't believe it at first) your subconscious will grab hold to this thought and things will get better for you.....Hang in there, hun.............
