Do you advise they purely now suspended your license for a conviction 14 years in the past? if so, there could be no Statute of obstacles. Or do you advise this is been suspended for the previous 14 years?

Yes. Change your name to Juan Valdez and you can get anything you want in California. You can get welfare right now to a four-year college education, all paid for by the white taxpayers there who continue to suffer in silence while the illegal Mexicans are screaming for rights in the streets.
