1B is a position where you should have a good power hitter, not a guy will just get a few homers there a few homers here and that's good enough. Hell no! 1B is a position where you need guys like D. Ortiz, J. Thome, and A. Pujols, who average 40+ homers a year and 110+ RBIs a year. That will really hurt the offense. You don't have a single guy with more than 28 HRs and we are almost done with August! And the trading deadline has come and past so you can't improve via trade and the best HR hitter you'll find on the market is R. Sexson at the very best. And if I were you, I would drop Huff for Sexson cuz Sexson has been hitting HRs lately and you a lot of those. Let me guess, you get killed in HRs and RBIs every week. As of right now, I don't see a 2nd round pick on this team unless you went after P. Martinez in the secnd round, which is a mistake, one out of many. Use your at least first 2 picks on hitters, I usually take pitchers in the 4th round, and so should you. Guys you should drop are:
T.Hudson
J. Sosa
A. Huff
J. Encarnancion
R. Baldelli
Guys you should add for the guys you dropped:
C. Hamels or G. Maddux(for Hudson) cuz Hamels has been lights out last 5 starts or so, and I dought he's availible so i gave a backup in Maddux, with the exeption of his last start vs. SF, he has been rock solid since joining the LAD.
For your pichting, since Street is your only closer, I'd consider you adding A. Burgos, because even though he has a ERA in the 5s, his saves will help you. Fors Huff add SExson, I already told you that, see if Kearns, Griffey, or Swisser are availble, is they are, add one of those 3 for Encarnancion, 1. Griffey 2. Swisser 3. Kearns. For Baldelli, add J. Zumaya, J. Broxton, or R. Soriano, 1. Zumaya 2. Broxton 3. Soriano, all three of these guys will get you a inning or 2 5 days a week and will get about 3 Ks a inning, and they will help you in ERA and WHIP greatly too because Johnson, Radke, and Garcia have high WHIPs and ERAs, and those 3 guys are like closers who don't get saves.
If you do all that, and have most of those guys availble, you will be a better team. Good luck!!

Dump Huff big time; I can't believe he's on your team. Pierre is another one;
You have a lot of high ERA guys that I dont' like. You have one closer and he's hurt. Your team is a mess and can't be fixed this late in the season.
Loretta shouldnt' be on your team and neither should Encarnacion. Just o.k. fantasy guys. Pierre should be dumped too. He doesn't score enough runs for his SB's and he has only 28 rbi's which is killing you. Sosa: why is he on your team? Not getting that one either.
A lot of your starters are near 5.00 in their ERA's; that's bad. don't just look at the wins. Look at the K's and the whip, and the ERA.
You can't wait until the last few weeks and then fix your team into a champion. you have to keep at it all year. You can change things around but its too later. Good luck next year.

okay problem with your team are the bats. as in you have none. ppl you have to move:
posada huff loretta atkins encarnacion
pitchers to move:
sosa radke garcia
guys to grab:
duncan - HRs in 3 straight
at c - willingham, johjima, barrett.. bunch of guys better than jorge.
i agree, at 1b you need some power. go after a big bat, even prince fielder id take over huff.
as for arms, go for the MR type:
reyes, broxton, zumaya, soriano --> guys that help your whip/era and give you good k's. wont hurt you anywhere or eat up your innings.
starters, spot start 1 or 2 spots (sosa/radke) and grab guys who are going against weak hitting teams (kc, seattle etc) or pitching in extreme pitchers parks (petco-sandiego, washington even)..
all the best.
