shaylee b, if you have a web based email account, then NO it is gone. If you are using Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird, then Yes, Maybe you can, you will need a Technician or the software that we use, to recover deleted data.. Good Luck

If you've cleared and checked deleted, then the only easy answer is hopefully you forwarded it (or replied) and it's in your sent.
The only other option is to go to your backups - you do keep good backups don't you? It goes hand in hand with good virus protection and firewalls.

2. Have it resent.

if the email is in your delete folder just move it to you inbox.
If you cannot find it ask the sender if they can send you another copy.

go and check your trash or delete folder you may find it there only and if it is not there then you lost it

nope, unless you've replied to it, if you have check your 'sent' folders.
or something similar.
if this is through your isp... log into the mail section of the site and see if it's still on their servers. (if not maybe you should change those settings to "leave mail on servers" or something similar)
