that god of war (ps2) and resident evil 4(GC) are the best games ever made

i agree, more resident evil than gow, though
wasnt it funny that for ps2 re4 won best action adventure game, but gow won game of the year. speculation has it that it wsa because they didnt want resident evil 4 to be the first game to win game of year on all the platforms they made it for. bummer

If my best ever you mean one good action game and a crappy (but pretty) repetitive piece of garbage, then sure.
RE4 was the same thing over and over and over and over. They scrapped all the puzzles, got rid of the zombies and added in a crappy protection scheme.
Its cutscenes were fun, however. Too bad every room in the game went like this: run in corner, cap in head with pistol, oh no he's close USE SHOTGUN, repeat.
God of War was fun, but I would never play it again.
