First, please assume as if this were possible:
Do you think Darth Vader, in his black suit form, could of survived an attack from a group of Droidekas (CIS Destroyer droids)?
I was reading Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader, when this question randomly popped in my head. If Droidekas caused Jedi to retreat (such as in The Phatom Menace and Revenge of the Sith) or surrender (as as in Attack of the Clones) wouldn't they have caused Darth Vader to become a cybernetic Sith chicken?

Technically, it would depend on how many there were.
DV was a practical fighter, as well as a force-user. If he could use the force to blow the robots to he**, he would! The rest would make good saber-practice. If there were simply TOO MANY robots, he could always retreat and get better weaponry.
As always, his philosophy seemed to be "peace through superior firepower". This would certainly apply.

The psionic strength of Darth Vader is phenomanally potent. He would have dispatched the droidekas in one flowing motion of The Dark Side surging within.

No, I think Darth Vader vs. Droidekas would result in a death before dishonor scenario.

Depending on the number, his knowledge of the more destructive side of the force could easily give him an advantage. The suit it more of a life support system than armor.

I don't think they would have bothered him as much as the others considering he was the chosen one and all. He was supposed to end up being the most powerful jedi/sith ever. Almost invincible. I think old darthy-poo would win.
