massage vitamin e oil into your stretch marks for a few minutes as often as you can stand to.Also try taking a multivitamin that has vitamin e,c,and antioxidants.these vitamins are great for the skin and you will probably even notice a difference in your complexion also drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

Thats because nothing will work. You have to wait. Time is the only thing that will fade them. I had wicked stretch marks all over my body when I had my son 5 years ago. And now they are white. You can still see them, but they have faded. Depends on if you are dark or light skinned. White people get pink stretch marks while darker skinned people get white ones, which are harder to fade. Think of stretch marks as battle scars. You did a lot to earn them.

Use vitamin E oil, really massage the skin for a while when you put it on, don't just slather some on and leave it. Massage has been shown to improve the elasticity of your skin as well as reduce scarring.....stretch marks are scars.

Just keep the area that may have stretc marks well lubricated ad moist with oils and lotions. This will help in the prevention of stretch marks. If you already hav them, I would suggest ole faithful 100 % coco-butter twice daily.

Ooh, female you gotta shelter stretch marks earlier they even take position! earlier you're even showing you want to be utilising creams and creams! Palmers (the people that make great cocoa butter products) has a stretch mark combating and lowering lotion that they promote in pharmacies, motherhood shops, babies r us and grocery shops. i'm utilising that at present and could proceed to apply it by ability of being pregnant. Use it each day like it were a medication you'll have and ultimately i imagine you'll see improvements. solid success!

I have some to and they will never go away cause if you find a solution e-mail it to me at ahicks5424@yahoo.com. But i did reduce them where you can barely see them by going to a tanning bed and when your tan fades so do they. Believe me i had them very badly but i know they are there but you can't really tell.
