I saw two exact Channel purses on ebay about 400 dollars difference in price. I have also saw this difference in other designer purses on ebay in which each is described as "authentic." How can you tell the difference? I ordered a Louis Viutton purse which was "authentic" and it looks just like the 400 dollar purse. Obviously there is a difference but how can you tell by just reading the ad on ebay?

If you want an authentic purse you buy it from the actual store or it's likely knock off............some which are really great duplicates.. all the same markings of the authentic purse with serial numbers and everything. A real LV or Dooney will have real brass zippers and the other metal markings will never tarnish..... knockoffs will fade but at the end of the day it's just a purse. If you go to the LV official site you will see that they cost thousands of $$$ and I personally would not spend that much $$ on a purse unless I had double the value in the bank. Otherwise you are just feeding into society and marketing schemes. Those bags are designed for the rich......... and they usually don't stay in style long enough to spend that much $$$. I have numerous knockoff LV bags and they do the same thing that the high $$ one's do. They hold my belongings when I'm on the go and they look great. Now you don't want the ones with the hearts and diamonds, of course, but as long as it looks like the real deal, it's good enough. I wouldn't even pay $400 for one when you can get them all day long in places like ATL for $65 on almost any corner.......

A good rule of thumb is if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. A Coach bag that sells for $400 and is on eBay for $150 is probably fake. Look at the seller's feedback score- if it has a high number of satisfied customers (anything over 99% positive) and the price isn't way lower than what would be expected that you may have found yourself a deal. I would also contact the seller and see what their return policy is. If you get it and it looks like a fake than you can return it. Good luck!

You really can't, the knock offs that are made now are pretty amazing. If you want a real authentic, and you want to know it's the real deal, then you should pony up and go to Nordstroms.

But if you can't tell, then chance are nobody else will be able to either.

you could promote it. particular manufacturers like gucci, burberry are very particular. once you spot someone has been suspended it truly is for such a large number of different causes.extraordinarily once you've 20 of an analogous bag listed... Do your study first on terapeak and locate out what the bag bought for very last week and then take as many images of the bag alongside with an worry-free description. solid success!

Handbags on EBAY are 99.99% fake. These designers are not going to sell their merchandise on Ebay . They aren't discounted.

You really can't unfortunately. You should mostly just rely on their feedback from other buyers.
