I have a net connection in my PC which speed is 30kbps. I want to download some files (13Mb. 10Mb e.t.c) from a web site which take too much time for downloading (approx 2hrs/file). What is the best way to download these files in few minutes?

At that speed, it sound like you're using dial up. Like the others have said, it is quite impossible to boost your speed to download in such a short amount of time.

Getting cheap DSL (300kbps) is a relatively cost effective solution as competition between DSL and cable Internet has driven broadband prices down, when compared to the past.
