On a first impressions basis only... I would say either their voice or they passed a distasteful remark that's sexist, insulting or whatever.
Also I think it's a turnoff when the guy in question thinks he's all that, starts acting all haughty-like with no personality.

The terrible smirk on their face. People meeting for the first time should be vulnerable... otherwise, whats the point? You'd never get to know them anyways.

wedding ring, high maintenance, no brains, alcoholic, was my ex in the first place from years ago, too many kids, no job or ambition, musician trying to make it,has hickey on neck obviously recent...oh shall I count the ways
