My Sidekick 2 has deleted all my numbers for the 2nd time!!!?

This is the second time its happend. All my ringtones, pictures and important numbers are gone... Has this happend to anyone else and what to do to get the info back.. I hear that this is a common thing with sidekicks...

I just want to know if there is any way to get them back.. I paid too much for this hunk of junk! Sidekick phones are sooo crappy!

YOu need backup. A physical address book.
