The best way to get rid of the fat is by drinking 1 litre of rain water when you first wake up in the morning. Also a bit of running and exercise might help. also relaxing your mind and not thinking of things.

you may need a tummy tuck/lipo. Its hard to lose the fat and even harder to re-build the muscles of the abdomen after c-sections.
