They don't nowadays. However, there was lot of hate from the Chinese to the Japanese before that originated in World War 2.

Because they're human beings of different races.
It's just human nature. Religion, culture, ideology are all irrelevant.
Religious or not, the majority of people everywhere dislike people of other races.
What's actually funny is that some people even believe their race is divine. Many white Christians, for example, think that Jesus was white. Statues of the Buddha in China look Chinese.

a chinese told me its because, japan has invaded china, killed millions of people and treated them bad. like caucasians differ in "purness" (from continental indian to iranians to turks and south europeans finally to whites in its purest form), japanese claim to be the primeasians. they have never paid compensation nor excused for what was happening in WW2 and before probably also.
