No special exceptions either. They both decide to do this for whatever reason. The scene is the Danger Room sequence where it's the the two of them and the environment. One has no advantages over the other and they have the full use of the powers. ALL of them.

Remember---------
For Storm:
-ALL aspects of weather are hers to command
-She can detect where others are by "sensing" their bio-electric currents, even if they're invisible to the naked eye.
-Her control over all things within the electromagnetic spectrum allow her to disable the forming of brainwaves within a person's head.

For Invisible Woman:
-She can "see" things that are otherwise invisible to the naked eye
-She can form her force fields into any shape imagineable. Her limits are her imagination
-Not even Apocalypse could crack her force field.
-She held her own going toe-to-toe with Dr Doom.

My votes for Storm

I think Storm would win in the long run.
Besides being able to use various forms of weather to determine where the Invisible Woman is when invisible as hquin_tset and pseudo_alogon-7 both suggested, if IW did put a force field around Storm to try to defeat her like jwings19 suggested, Storm's claustrophobia (fear of enclosed/tight spaces) would kick in, causing Storm to run emotionally beserk and defeat IW more powerfully than she might have originally planned.

inv. woman here's why. Yes storm can do all the stuff in nature, but inv. woman can use a force bubble to surround storm's head and knock her out by lack of air or could throw her to the wall faster than storm can do a lighting bolt. Invisable woman could also put her in a small space (Storm is clausterphobic = fear of being in small spaces.) Thus Inv. woman wins. Not because she more powerful but because she has the right power to shut down Storm and knows how to use the power to do so.

I think it would be a tie between Marvel Comic beauties Storm (Ororo Munroe) and The Invisible Woman (Susan Storm Richards) because both of them have very unique powers, as well as having beauty, brains, and brawn.

Storm can win because she can wipe out that Invisible Woman anyday like an invisible ball in a forcefield!

Invisible Woman. She could form a contracting force bubble around Storm. With Storm's claustrophobia it would be over. I.W.'s could protect herself from Storm's attacks with a dome shaped force shield around herself.

Storm will win when she summons rain. Like in Hollow man, perhaps she can visually see Invisible Girl and unleash Mother Nature's worst freak weathers on her.
