The fastest and easiest way is to get sponsored out by a family as a nanny... unfortuantly you have to become a nanny to a family for a few years, but after that you get to stay... ask canadian immigration about a nanny visa.. and then look at contacting families in canada.

You always apply for a visa in a consulate or embassy of that country so it's really not a problem if you are in asia africa or whereever. I'm sure there are canadian consulates in asia.
