I was a bit confused as to what sort of stake you were talking about. Taking into account the relevant information of your present status as a sort of Mystic being type creature errrrm unless its just a mask and in reality you did get the said plastic surgery.
If the stake is a LONG BIT OF WOOD fashioned with a point on the end. Then i would think you very sensible in wanting that to be a rare occurrence as it could put your soap opera addiction in jeopardy, and indeed your torturous existence. However if its your culinary habits of under cooking meat. Then I'm not sure it matters if you get wiggly worms as you seem like you may have
a few worms a wriggling about some of that drooping flesh.
I would say go ahead with the uncooked flesh as long as its not from a human and as long as you don't recommend young mothers and children eat it.
As for being a bad person ummmm is that past or present tense?

Vlad basically what does it matter if your steaks are rare, after all its your fault they are that way, for the many you impaled needed so many steaks, thus less trees, thus rarer steaks. If you insist on keeping up your little amusements then my love you need to plant more forests, otherwise you are going to keep having this problem. And no your not bad just a bit untidy.

Bad meat is usually caused by unclean utensils used in grinding meat. Steaks rarely cause any food poisening.
My gf eats hers cooked 1 minute on each side.

No, but it could make you a dead person. Steak that isn't cooked much can harbor disease-causing bacteria.
When in doubt, go for "medium" or "well".

no, not really,but it might not make your stomache too
happy, rare meat has been associated with salmonella.
My "late" husband always ate rare meat and his stomache
always hurt, just anwering your question.
