I'm sometimes awed at how much I can love. I think I'm more so guilty at spreading my love too thick than too thin. Not that I smother...I just put my whole heart into something/someone. You get your heart broken often that way.

Real love only grows, it spreads more love. It doesn't spread too thin. If it does, then it's not love. If it hurts you to "love" somebody it's not because you love him/her but because you are attached, because you have expectations.

My husband certainly thinks so at times...smiling. At least he feels he is not always at the top of my "list". smiling
We have children still at home, children grown and with families of their own. A home, acreage, I work part-time, yada yada yada.
I am so blessed and want to give the blessing back....I don't think I really spread myself too thin.

That's a great question. And yes, I do. I feel like I'm trying to show everyone around me how much I love them and forget to love me first.

Love is not like most things. The more you give, the more there seems to be... And it can't be measured, so can't answer the 1st qstn.
