Yahoo definitely because yohoo started as a search engine. So when someone search and find what you are looking for, even without knowing that you are doing it, you'd say "yahoo" (or hoorah or eureka or whatever). So in that sense, Yahoo! is the best fit for a search engine!

Both are cool but I like Yahoo! because I love the old commercials for yahoo where that guy would sing Yaaaahhoooo-ooo... I sing it every time I go on yahoo lol.
