lol i dont think that there is anything you can do, maybe just get off the computer and go chill and try to relax but if you think you are going to have a bad trip than you will its all about your mind

everything is fine, there is nobody after you, so you are safe, just take a few breaths, there is nothing to worry about, and nothing is worse then it normally is, so chill, and wait calmly till you come down from it.
