The first thing i should do is look for anything that will be useful but the first think i would do was panic and cry my eyes out

Look for something you can make into big HELP or SOS word on the beach. or find something you could burn that'd be a few meters high as a signal to some coast guards from somewhere out there at sea, if ever, that's if you have the means to start a fire.

The first thing to do is find freshwater. Afterwards, start a fire (possibly a signal fire), unless is nighttime (or if it's raining) in which case making a shelter would probably be best.

stay where you are so you can be found, make shelter the best you can, start a fire, and don't drink the salt water.
