Yes it is like the USA or United States Of America are normally called Americans. We are Americans but so are 200 other countries as well.
UK is England and is as well Great Brittian. I do exports and some parts of England uses UK some uses GB but I never see an delievery address say England. I don't know why. .

No they are not. England is the main country, all of it's protectorate's are included, there are others besides the ones mentioned. You have the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda Islands, and perhaps others. All of these together would be The UK.
