Does anybody know how hard Ricky Nolasco throws?

According to the Baseball America Prospect Handbook sitting beside me here, he has a low-90s fastball. He also has a good curveball, and he can throw his changeup for strikes.

With Nolasco, Sanchez, Olson and Johnson, the Marlins should have a nice rotation a few years down the road.
