depends on you body, if you are muscular and do a lot of sports then its ok to weigh a little more like 110 to 115 but around 80 to 100 if you are really skinny and undeveloped still

Everyone is different. You cant base normalcy on age and height. I am sure that you are normal in weight and height, but you should ask a doctor that question, cause no one on this site is going to be able to give you the answer that you are looking for.

Probaly between 75-89. My friend is tottaly flat, and is 4 foot 11, and she was between 80-90 pounds. So yea...
But everything is normal...just make sure you excerze and eat healthy!
