Hello, there is some help for your question:

Right click " My computer ", ( wich is normaly on your desktop, if it is not; go on " Start " ) then choose " Properties", ( a window appear ) click on the " Material " panel on the top of the window ( if its not " Material " then im sorry my computer is in french ^^, but it should look like that.. keep searching for a similar word ) .. then click on " Peripheric something " ( in french it is : Gestionnaire de périphérique ( if it can help ) ). then (another window open ) you see a list of thing like; " Keyboard "," Graphic card "," Network card ".. etc.. click on " Graphic card " and you will see the name of your graphic card... you can right click it to see more details on the " Properties " panel.

Hope it helps ^^ ciao
