Boredom is mis-match of what you like to happen around you, and what is actually happening. Add the 'anxiety' to this mis-match, and this boredom becomes misery !
Look at ourselves, and the entire Universe ! We are no match to decide upon 'why this mis-match' !
And yet , we have enough freedom to choose, what we wish to do with ourselves (only humans have this choice !).
The easy trick is to get involved in every small act, avoiding to do anything just out of force of habit ! You will find boredom slipping out of your life quietly !

I find the type of music you listen to can effect mood. Maybe look into new challenges take up new hobby. Sometimes when we get good at things they are no more fun to easy. Find a challenge. what interests you? you give so little to go on. age? for hobby purposes. Maybe hobby can even make money. Leather crafts, wood work, Invent something on Paper put your mind to it and get a patten on it. research it out. Heck your on your computer anyway. Lots of things. Go to sporting events, the movies, meet people, join a club where people with same interests hang out... lots to do good luck:-)

Find a hobbie that you really like and stick with it. Have fun doing what you like to, get out of the house more, go hang with your friends. Hope this helps you out.

per chance asking him to regulate his habitual little through little each once in a lengthy time period would help, as I talk as a guy in his concern, attempt now to not push him so not ordinary, as we men can in ordinary words flow so a ways for persons. per chance, on the start of an afternoon, advise to him something out of the conventional that you both at the on the spot are not particular about doing, like going bungee jumping, (the craziest concern, in ordinary words an get mutually). Or ask him what energetic or intimate element he'd favor to attempt out, you men were going out for a year or so precise!?, so he could be providing you with as a lot help as you're giving him. attempt taking into consideration all, if any, of the failings he has said that you to do and in case you refused out of not wanting to do it or being too drained. supply the guy some slack, he's probably purely *** enthusiastic as you're about the advice through way too wiped out to get it in equipment

I know exactly how you feel. Life can bring you down and nothing seems to fill the void that we have inside of us (and believe me everyone has that void). But then I started to read the Bible and seeking God and something happened. He answered. Now I don't feel empty anymore because God revealed his son to me. If you try reading the Bible God will speak to you, you just have to be patient. Getting out and talking to people helps too. I've had to learn that myself. If you ever need someone to talk to you can IM me.

This often works for me: talk to friends about something completely random. Like your favorite kind of cheese while they are talking about their brothers car for instance :)
Or get on your bike, put it in high gear and try to climb the steepest hill near your house lol you won't be bored long like that...

Get used to it. Life is mostly boring. 98% of the time we're waiting for something to happen, it happens, then nothing again. If you want excitement, move to a war zone - boredom would be the least of your problems. Whoever told you life was supposed to be entertaining, lied to you. Welcome to the real world.
