For safety's sake, NO! A lot of what is floating around as "spare parts" are parts that are mass produced in some other country, and are 'out of spec'. Not manufactured to specification. China, for instance, reverse engineers a lot a American products and accessories. If they get a good part to copy, no big deal. But do you want a gun with nothing but a Chinese made disconnector or safety being the only thing that keeps you from blowing your head off? And "spare"parts from THIS country, are suspect too. Why aren't they already in a gun? Because they are left=overs from a rebuild maybe. Maybe the spares were removed from guns because they were unsafe. Ask anybody that ever owned a National Ordnance Springfield rifle. Like me. I had a "spare parts" 30-06 receiver blow up in my face. And a frankenstein .45, that went full auto. Gunsmithing should only be done by those qualified and experienced enough to do it. I know this sounds a little peckish, but there are many important things to consider before you go slapping random bits of gun together. For what it's worth.
