Well, for one thing, it's the girth not the length that makes the difference.
The only thing a penis extension is good for it lining someone elses pockets with money.
Learn to use what you have effectively and you will not need anything else.

Why dont you try a brain extension?? You know for that big thing between your shoulders..the one with the 2 eyes..

Absolutely NOT.. I have heard of (on TV) many people who were ripped off. I am sorry that the Government has not yet put a clamp on that sort of business.. what a racket.. BE HAPPY with what you have.. I am sure it is OK
