the water you add to the suit does not change your bouyancy at all
your bouyancy is your density compared to water
if you are denser than water, you sink, if you are lighter than water, you float
if you add something heavier than water to the suit, like lead, you make it more towards the heavier than water side
if you add something light, like a bubble of air, you make the whole thing more toward the lighter than water
if you add something the exact same density as water, like say, water, then you don't make it any different compared to water
if you have a suit that floats, it is lighter than water, if you add a million gallons of water, it is still just water plus something a little lighter than water so the whole thing is still lighter than water
the amount of water added doesn't matter unless that water is displacing something heavier or lighter, like water going into a submarine, displacing air
the issue in floatation is generally air

That depends on what your asking I think. Are the feet of the suit on the ground and you sealed in the top somehow. Are you inside the suit? Is it sealed some way to keep the water from coming out.?
Unless you're somehow sealed part way into the suit, you either couldn't get in or you'd sink and drown.
If you were sealed part way in you would be stuck because there isn't any room for you in the suit except for what's already in there. Its already full. If you tried to get out you'd still be stuck because air can't get in to replace you..
If you were inside you'd sink although after a while you would bob to the top again, assuming there is enough space.

no you want sink but you will still die because if its close in you will not be able to breath in fresh air you'll die from CO2.
