The word “interview” itself makes a person tense and nervous who needs to appear in the interview. It is normal human behaviour to become confused or get tensed but such things can be overcome with practice, learning from seniors and elders, thru own experience. At my time internet was not available. These days Internet is a rich source of information. U can learn many things about the interview by visiting the websites the links of which are given below. On some websites u will find questions also along with answers which are frequently asked and questions pertaining to ur requirement can also be found there provided u surf on them thoroughly and consciously. It will improve ur performance remarkably. If will infuse a high level of confidence in u. It will make u more frank and it will develop diplomatic qualities in u too. Overall, I would say that it will give an impetus to ur personality development.

Fulbright Interview

I had my interview 4 years ago. What I most remember is that they really stressed on having clear goals and a plan for what you wanted to do, and where you wanted your career to go. Whatever you do, be self confident. They respond to that, because fulbright is very competitive, and the interview process is about selling yourself as the best option. If you don't seem to have your act together, and they don't believe you have given some thought to what you want to do after fulbright, they might not give it to you.
Don't beat around the bush. If they ask anything, answer it to the best of your abilities, without being roundabout. Expect them to ask specific questions about things you may have written in your application, not to see if you remember them or anything like that, but for clarification about your goals. For example, in my case they made a big deal about the fact that I had only two universities in my choices as to where I wanted to study. I had to explain that, since they told me I was being too narrow. I honestly told them that I had done my research, and that even though I would be willing to expand my list, I would rather not include any universities in California, Florida or the deep south.
Make it absolutely clear that you are returning to your country as soon as you are done. This is very important, since the fulbright scholarship is geared towards providing an education to people who want to contribute to the development of their countries of origin. This is not about you telling them that you want to go to America, or anything like that. It's about how an education can position you in a place where you can contribute to your country's development.
Good luck

Go to the interview with no preconceptions. Be honest and relaxed. Get drunk the night before if you must. Be open and direct and keep you answer to the point. Be neat, clean and modestly dressed. You don't need to make a fashion statement. Just give it your honest best. And have fun.
