If you are happy with the one you are with now, focus on this relationship. Past relationships need to stay in the past if you wish to have a future with someone else. You can't keep bringing up the past if it has no purpose for the present situation.
However, do close that chapter you left unfinished by acknowledging you have moved on with someone else. You just now need to break that tie of not bringing up the past.
If you and your ex want to remain friends. Great. But first you two need to straighten this all out. If it won't, then best to leave it as is and realize some things are just better to be left alone. Some things can't be fixed.

He's your ex... you don't mention if children are involved. If kids are involved, you will have to do the best you can to work together to raise them. Always take the high road... your kids will notice it and respect you for it. Don't get caught up in the blame game or the yelling or the cussing or whatever... be upright and do the right thing. If you don't have children, I would sever all ties... really, dear, he's an ex... that means he's out.

Well maybe u should just ignore him and not let him get u down cause he prob. since he has a grudge againest he feels good or that hes getting his payback by makeing u feel down all the time so if u ignore and not let him get u down he will prob. stop because he knows u dont care about it anymore and nothing he says will bring u down so he cant feel good or like hes getting payback because he knows its not working..so he will prob. stop...and u could also tell him to grow up......and just move on with his life and find someone else....

Resolve the issues with him. Make him see that the two of you are better off now than you were before.
