nope, i wonder if its even possible? I watched a program on a guy that was in his death bed from being obese (he died shortly after the program, poor guy!) and he didn't have stretch marks on his face.

no, but it probably can happen if the person gains enough weight the skin will stretch out. I've never heard of someone having this problem though.
