What do you mean for foods? A lavish lifestyle is $50 a day. Decent is $10-20 a day. California is amongst the most expensive states to live in. Also, depends where you want to live. It's a huge state. What are you looking for in a town or a city, what your occupation is and so forth.

Thats to vague of a staement to answer it correctly. Eating out, the day to day life? Google it and look at stores, cafes, things like that. i spend 300 for a family of 3, and 4 pets. We go out a few times a month and thats like 100 or more. It depends, I live in the bay area and the rent is like 1600 for a decent apartment

per day: about $30 for rent, $10 for electric/gas, $5 for gasoline/BART, $3 for cell, $2 for home phone, $3 for internet/cable, food is about the same as other parts of the country.
