Some people (too many) just don't feel complete if they don't have someone to hate.

Individually, people don't hate Americans, really. It's the smug attitude that "they re all jealous" and "we are the best in the world" thing that drives people to "hate" Americans. Americans never seem to consider that maybe they don't have the best approach to things. They assume theirs is the standard and everything else is only relative.
Also, American culture is about idolatry (movie stars, etc...) and consumerism, in many ways. It's almost always about vanity. Why can't Americans see this?
It's not personal but I'm sure some of you have gone off the deep end already after reading part of this and can't see through your myopic, untraveled, unglobally-minded existence... But no offense...
(Example: Language is key to understanding culture. How many Americans speak something other than English? How about other than English or Spanish? If you take the time to learn a second language then maybe you TRULY are wlling to understand another point of view.)

Simple answer to that is because of Their (GREED to control the economy of the world, They are reasonable for the destabilisation of more countries than the first world war. Ever since that (Second War) they have tried to take over the running of the world. They are the only country that as used weapons of mass destruction. Yet have accused other of doing the very thing they are guilty of. They liars always accuse other first so to take the presser from them-selves. Once a liar always a liar and lairs only hurt the Innocent. That they can not deny other people are tired for this sort of hypocrisy.

People have always hated America. The Americans were hated because they were a democracy in an absolute monarchy world. They were always feared by Europe because the Americans wanted the other territories in the new world to be free of European control. They were hated by the communists and the Fascists and now they are hated by terrorists and non-terrorists who think the USA is too powerful for its own good.

Some Americans have gone abroad with very bad attitudes, they have made insensitive, unkind remarks against countries they were visiting, have unknowingly violated local attitudes, etc. Also in the recent past, unprovoked military attacks against peaceful countries have made people fearful of the US, while in the past it was seen as a peace loving country. In the past it was seen as a country that stood against prison camps and torture, and in favor of human rights. Now, with widespread torture at US owned prisons throughout the world visible for all to see, that positive image has disappeared, and many people in the world see the US today as they once saw the Soviet Union. Its a shame.

Most people don't "hate" America. Many are annoyed because they believe that the United States is using its place in the world to enter into other peoples' affairs around the globe, and think that we give the rest of the world the shaft when they don't support us.

In most countries it goes as this. The left wing is the progressive side leading us toward social progress and the right wing is conservative and keeps us backward. The Americans are perceived as right wing conservatives.

Because Americans are rude, obnoxious, and false. Americans make out to be caring concerned people, yet when they really come across a fellow American who is not of there standard they abuse and mistreat that fellow American.

Hell, They have got to hate somebody, it might as well be us, since we are big enough to handle it.
Imagine some of the kinky countries having to cope with world-wide hatred, they would collapse into hysteria.
A little bit of hatred can keep the pile stirred and make things more interesting, don't you think?
