Everyone is trying to cheer me up by saying tomorrow will be better. But music stirs deep emotions. I am ready to give up. I am ready to lay down and die. Can music kill me? I just listened to "Go to Sleep" by Radiohead.

Oh, stop it. Go to bed or something.

I've been there. I know how you feel. But you need to make an effort too. It's sooo easy to listen to depressing music when you are going through a depression. It fits your mood. but you need to make a conscious decision to stop. Change the station. Play something a little more upbeat.

I'll be honest. Tommorrow may not be better. Or the next day. Or the next. But it will get better eventually. I swear it. Sometimes it takes longer than others. I know it feels dark now. Believe me I HAVE been there! There have been times that death seemed to be the only way to escape not only emotional but physical pain. It took a LONG time for that to get better. Bit by bit, day by day. Some days were good, and some were bad. But things HAVE changed. My life today is filled with love and I am happier than I have ever been in my life.

Talk to your doctor or a psychologist about help if you need medicines for depression. Talk to them about other problems if you need. There is help out there.

Music can't kill you. Only you can do that. So gather your strength and hang on. in a few weeks or months you may find yourself in a life you never imagined possible. You can have a life and love and happiness. You just have to try, hang on and ask for help if you need it.

Hey man, these are your emotions. I think you need to talk to a therapist. Tomorrow isn't necessarily better, but life does go on. Your life is what you make it. Do you want it to be where you just accept that nothing will ever get better? These are your choices, my friend. Perhaps, while you search for a therapist (even if there is nothing wrong with you it's always good to see one once in a while) you should listen to cheerful music. Something happy. Um, try "Count on Me" by Default (rock band), or just about anything by the Beatles.

Hey. Life's life. It's up to you to make your life worth living or not.

Music cannot kill you, you know that. One can only hope that tomorrow comes, better or not. Live for the moment.

That is why we do not know what the future will bring. Try to get some rest tonight and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Life is all there is, and life is what you make it. Tomorrow will be a better day if you make it a better day. There will be better days, and if you hold on, you'll find something or someone to make it all your pain go away. Beauty is everywhere, its up to you if you see it or not.

Your future is what you make it. If tomorrow isn't better, that's because you didn't try to make it better.

Try listening to something more uplifting, but meaningful. Try MOBY.

Your question makes it sound as though you think tomorrow may be better for you. What makes you believe that anyway?
