It would depend upon the state in which the offense occurred. There would be registration with the sex offenders registry. There would likely be jail, probation, counseling. Even if the sex were consensual but one partner were underage, it would have caused harm to the underaged person's family relationship and damage to the reputation of the person who was above the age of consent.

Its the same as regular rape. You have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life...and it is a felony so it is punishable by at the bare minimum a 1 year sentence.

Never long enough because you have hurt the girl for life and the rapist usually gets months or a few years. Sorry sentencing.

However, I believe it is just jail time.
