I sent my laptop in for repairs. When I got it back my internal speakers no longer work. I checked the volume, up all the way. Headphones DO WORK, so I think my jumper came off but I don't know where to find this on the mother board. Any ideas?

Check the website for the manufacturer of the laptop. They should have a user and service manual available online. As it is different for every make and model (you did not list it) can not be more specific.

you might also check the bios setting for the pc. I found that my bios allowed me to turn the speakers on or off or the set the level of the volume. The speaker vs. the headphones were handled in different places in my bios settings. You'll have to find out how to invoke the BIOS screen on startup.

make sure that those audio equipment are the default audio equipment: commence/administration Panel/Sounds and Audio contraptions/Audio tab and confirm that the Altec Lansing audio equipment are your default for audio.
